MESA3 is an independent ISO and NEBB Certified firm founded in 1985 that specializes in multiple high technology facility support services for the microelectronic, bio/pharma & other high technology industries throughout Northern California. This is accomplished through distinct yet cooperative divisions that, together or separate, can handle the most demanding project.

Our firm prides itself in the level of quality and detail we bring to our projects. We accomplish this through a Quality Management System (QMS) that:

A) Is certified by Underwriter’s Laboratories to the following 4 standards:

ISO 9001:2000, EN ISO 9001:2000, BS EN ISO 9001:2000, & ANSI/ASQ Q9001:2000

B) Complies with the following 6 standards:

10CFR50 Appendix-B, ANSI/N45.2, ANSI/NCLS Z540-1-1994, ISO/IEC 17025:1999(E), ISO 10012:2003(E), & MIL-STD 45662A

Our QMS consists of a comprehensive series of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), extensive and documented training, proprietary software programs and databases, copyrighted specialty forms, intensive project QC inspections, and internal and 3rd party auditing.

Our firm prides itself on our level of safety and is a National Safety Award winner for 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, & 2003.

In addition to a hard copy of our certified test reports, they can also be scanned and issued by e-mail, USB Flash Drive, or CD-ROM. Multiple reports and/or other data, such as equipment submittals and startup reports, can also be archived for the client into a single documentation database with web site type search capabilities and hyperlinks.

The test reports for all of our services are also capable of being prepared in a cGMP compliant documentation manner so that they may be suitable for use as attachments to qualification and validation reports.

Comprised of approximately 38 employees, MESA3 has successfully completed over 3,900 significant projects in our 19-year history.
